2010 Club Handicap Championships - Roseisle

What a great turn out for the club champs in freezing December. As in the last 3 years 100% of those that said they were coming were there (and we only lost 3 people who notified me in plenty of time due to the snow). Mind you it sounds as though the Weirs had an interesting time getting away from home.
I have never been asked to plan handicap course for such inexperienced juniors before. I made every effort to keep them in the easier parts, but the courses were definitely at least light green standard, so Kathryn's victory was quite amazing as was Hamish's third. Both Wee J and Andrew were kept out of the most technical northernmost part, but they had long technical courses. So overall I think the youngsters showed the adults up.
