Relay Championships

MOR fielded two teams - "MOR or Less" and "MOR Girls". "MOR or Less" was to have been Eddie Harwood, Steve Smirthwaite and Chris Spencer, on paper a very promising team. Sadly, after the traumas of Day 1, Steve was unable to run because of injury. Eddie rashly said he would run both legs 1 and 2 which gave the commentator something of a puzzle! Good performances from Eddie and Chris would have put them in 5th place of 14 in their section. However, they were non competitive because of the missing runner.

The MOR Girls struggled along bravely and with an excellent time by Penelope on the third leg, ended up in 15th place out of 19 finishers.
